What we collect
- Technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, timestamps and error information, may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
- Your accessibility settings and cookie choice are stored in your browser. They do not require an account.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name and phone number, the message and any attachments you send. Email inquiries include your address and message content. These conversations take place through the relevant external provider.
- If optional measurement tools are configured and accepted, they may record page views, traffic sources and button clicks. A WhatsApp click does not itself prove that a message was sent.
Your choice
You are not legally required to contact us or provide inquiry details. If you choose not to provide the information needed to understand and answer a request, we may be unable to handle it. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent reading the site or contacting us. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
